Then, once on the island, enjoy the peace and quiet of its picturesque harbor nestled in a green setting. Measuring 4.2 km by 2.4 km, Port-Cros is the smallest of Hyères' three islands. A paradise for lovers of hiking, history and botany, admire the island's preserved flora, intimate beaches and numerous forts.

- Dogs are not recommended on the island of Port-Cros. Dogs on a leash are allowed only in the village of Port-Cros, but are prohibited on most of the island.
- The island's trails are not suitable for baby carriages or wheelchairs.
- During the high season, the Var Prefecture regulates access to forest areas in the Var in the event of fire risk. Consult the information map for access to forest areas at risk, published every day at 7 p.m. for the following day.
