Dolphin and Whale Watching: In Search of Wildlife
Our Whale Watching excursion "In Search of Wildlife" is designed to offer you an exceptional encounter with dolphins, whales and sperm whales, but more generally with Mediterranean wildlife including turtles, rays, sunfish and seabirds in their natural environment.
From May through September, this excursion is offered in two formats depending on the time of year: a full-day trip with a stopover on Porquerolles in May, June, July, and September, or a 4-hour outing dedicated to marine wildlife viewing in August, during which we prioritize a comfortable cruise and ample time for marine wildlife viewing directly from the Pélagos, far from the island’s summer crowds.

On this offshore cruise between Hyères and Le Lavandou, you'll have the chance to discover the majestic marine creatures that inhabit the waters of the Mediterranean, particularly the Pelagos sanctuary, off the coast of the Port-Cros National Park. We offer you a rare opportunity to observe them by boat in their natural habitat , departing from Bormes les Mimosas.
About 3 hours at sea dedicated to wildlife viewing
Set out for about 3 hours at sea, devoted entirely to searching for and observing dolphins, whales, and Mediterranean marine life, with no stop ashore. This is the perfect option if you’re short on time, have already explored Porquerolles, or simply want to enjoy a shorter, more intense outing at sea.
Enjoy a stopover on Porquerolles

On your way back from your excursion off the coast—the “marine heart” of Port-Cros National Park—we invite you to explore the park’s “land heart.” You’ll enjoy a free stopover of about 4 hours on the island of Porquerolles. This will give you a chance to stretch your legs and recover from the excitement of the day.

- Comfort on board: Our boat is equipped with a spacious restroom. In addition, capacity is limited to 38 passengers for this excursion. This intimate setting encourages conversation and interaction with the crew.
- A Responsible Approach: In addition to electric propulsion, our hybrid boat minimizes its environmental impact by reducing emissions and respecting sensitive areas. This allows you to observe cetaceans while knowing that you are contributing to an approach that respects the marine ecosystem.

INFORMATION
- Reservations: To guarantee your place on board, book now, but bear in mind that favorable weather is essential to maximize your chances of spotting cetaceans, including dolphins and whales. The strength of the wind and the state of the sea determine whether we can set sail.
- Tour conditions: Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour in the event of bad weather, low attendance or for technical reasons. In the event of cancellation or postponement, you will be notified by e-mail and SMS to reschedule your booking or obtain a refund. We do our utmost to offer you an unforgettable experience, but don't forget that nature is unpredictable. This isn't Marineland - the animals here are free and wild, so don't be surprised if they don't show up on command!
